The aim of the Arena Corner renovation program is to make the tenants feel comfortable in the office building. In the course of our operation, we prioritize human innovation, we examine the daily needs of employees and, moreover, how we can provide them with an inspiring and comfortable environment. This comes to the fore not only when designing the building and public spaces, but also in our services aimed at preserving mental and physical health and well-being. That is why we launched our Human Innovation Program here as well.
In addition to the sustainable use of materials and building management, our interior design concept will be a place to recharge. By transforming the restaurant, we create an environment that not only fulfills the function of eating, but also provides a place for recreation, in-depth work and team building. By using elements drawn from nature and spatial characteristics, we create moods adapted to the various functional units. In the generous atrium space, light, airy materials, colors and lush vegetation give the pleasure of dining under the open sky. In the more closed area with a lower ceiling height, the space inspired by humid rainforests exudes a homely, warm atmosphere. The bustling cafe is filled with life by motifs of the animal world hiding among the plants. This is how the triple atmospheric unity of air-flora-fauna is formed.
