GRAPHISOFT® was the first Hungarian „start up” company in 1982, a pioneer in architectural BIM software developmen, with the ARCHICAD® brand.Their headquarter is an iconic example of Hungarian corporate architecture Over the span of 20 years the headcount of software developers has grown rapidly and the methods of work have changed. MadiLancos Studio and Demeter Design Studio have teamed up to reinvent the interiors of this iconic building, with a number of challanges. We had to deliver a state of the art agile work environment, that avoids the drawbacks of an open space layout. Whilst introducing a new and highly collaborative spatial scheme we honoured the building’s architectural values and the GRAPHISOFT® culture and legacy.
